What’s a Universal Training Voucher (UTV)?

A Universal Training Voucher is available exclusively through Spectrum Training Brokers. It enables an individual, or company, to purchase a set of vouchers that can be used for ANY of the 18,700 courses that Spectrum offers.

What’s the Advantage?

There are four major advantages for purchasing UTVs:

1. Deeper Discounts -- when you purchase a “block” of training, you’ll save significant sums, sometimes as much as 25%. Contact us for details.

2. Fast Turnaround -- with vouchers, you can move quickly. Just tell us the class you need, we’ll book it and “debit” your voucher account. No more steps are necessary. You’re set.

3. Flexibility -- UTVs offer enormous flexibility. For example, when a corporation or agency purchases UTVs, they’re not committed to a single vendor; instead, they retain the flexibility to use multiple vendors in multiple locations. Plus, organizations can use UTVs as training needs arise, instead of having to make firm training commitments. Finally, UTVs can be applied to open enrollment seats, private training events or web-based educational products. It’s your choice.

4. Reduction in paperwork -- with a UTV program, there’s no need to send individual invoices and POs for each transaction. In their place, a single PO will do.
