The need for a centralized purchasing agent peaked during the internet boom of the late 1990s, when the computer training marketplace was over-saturated. At the time, it was nearly impossible for corporations and government agencies to tell one training firm from another.
Spectrum Training Brokers opened its doors in 1998 to fill this growing need. Spectrum’s immediate goal was to offer customers solid training choices through our network of authorized training suppliers. In recent years, Spectrum has added a range of services sought by its clients, including management of training budgets, customized reporting and centralization of multi-office bookings.
